A message about COVID-19

Hello PMA customers and friends,

With all of the emails hitting your inbox and the news and media outlets blasting all things Coronavirus, we wanted to give you an update in a non-invasive and meaningful way.  We know that many of you are being directly affected by this situation and the rest of you are worried about the implications of this global pandemic too. It is no secret that we are living in uncertain times.

But even though we are in uncertain times there are many things we can do to take action and help out the world.  Obviously, the first is staying updated and informed on the current situation and practicing social distance, proper hand washing and hygiene techniques and only being in public when absolutely necessary to help slow the spread of the virus.  

But in our minds, the absolute most important thing you can do is to stay positive, optimistic and willing to help your neighbors!   

Be sure to stay in touch (not literally of course) with your family and friends.  Don’t be afraid to do a check in and see where you can be helpful and impactful in your local community. During this time it’s important to stay upbeat and optimistic because even though there are things that worry or scare us, we still have so much to be thankful for.  

As for PMA, we are so thankful for all of our customers, our amazing staff who are doing their best to continue our work safely, and finally, our community.  We have the most incredible community over here in Southern Michigan. We are a very lucky company.  

As it stands currently, we are continuing full operations so that you can get the beautiful and thoughtful metal art you ordered on time and without issue.  We are still keeping our 1-2 week delivery window and our customer service team is still working in full swing. We’re doing our part to keep running “business as usual” even though there is nothing usual about this situation. Our employee’s safety is paramount and we will do our part to safely keep the gears moving in our local economy.

As all of you are, we are staying up to date on this situation and playing it out as it unfolds with an unwavering dedication to serving you folks as best as we can while also being as safe as possible.
