Carolyn accepted the position as Chief Operations Officer at PMA in November 2018 right before our move into our new facility. Setting consistent goals with high expectations to “do it right the first time” and striving for excellence in the areas of employee development, customer service, quality, and reduced lead-times. Carolyn has a wealth of experience in the manufacturing world, her career began working in the automotive industry in 1997 holding several different positions including; Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, Customer Service Manager and Supply Chain Specialist for planning and logistics.
Carolyn and her husband Ryan have been married for 18 years, she is the mother of two children Emma (16) and Tyler (14) and is a lifelong resident of Jonesville, Michigan. Outside of work she officiates for MHSAA in the sport of competitive cheer and NCATA College competitive cheer. Finally, she owns and operates a Wedding and Event Planning Business. Needless to say, she is a busy woman! We're so happy to have aboard the PMA Team!
