Sierra comes to our company with a Bachelor's Degree from Central Michigan University and a background in early childhood education.  She ran a head start program in Northern Michigan for seven years. After moving back to her native area of Hillsdale, she began working for us here at PMA in the Christmas season of 2017.  

She started as most of us did, by packaging and earning her keep out on the production floor to help get us through the busy holiday season.  Shortly after that, she was hired on in a full-time capacity handling mainly customer service concerns. She quickly grew into the customer service manager and then shortly after that she began tackling other sales projects. 

Not only is she the manager of the customer service department but she also handles some of our biggest business to business accounts and heads up all of our special programs such as the special pricing for realtors, dropshipping and wholesale programs, affiliate program, fundraising program and most notably, our custom order program.  She’s the reason that we at PMA are the only big metal art company able to offer you folks custom, one-of-a-kind art by making the process easy and efficient yet thorough and effective. 

Sierra is a beast.  She is a work horse and also handles so much more than our sales and customer service programs.  She is an asset to the team and we wouldn’t be PMA without her!
