I ordered this beautiful eagle with our last name engraved on it and also another one exactly like it for my son with his last name on it. I decided to keep mine inside because I don't want the wet Florida weather to ruin it in any way this is beautiful artwork it did take a while to get it but I understand that it is personalized. My son loves his as well unfortunately I don't have a picture to share with you on his. Precision metal.

We got the opportunity to find out how good their customer service is! We ordered two pieces and one piece came in with a burn mark on the front. Small, but noticeable. Also, there was a place where it got bent in shipping. The bent spot, we could have bent it back and been fine. But the burnt spot was noticeable. There was no hassle in getting a replacement. Very kind staff.

The service can’t be beat. They followed up after the time frame I should have received my eagle. When they were made aware I had not received it. They apologized and put a rush order and had it out to me in a few weeks. The quality is excellent. I showed it off to my brothers and now I have ordered four more.
