How long will it take to get my order?

We ship out orders on a daily basis all over the world, to customers just like you. We strive to get you the decorative piece of your dreams as fast as we can.

In Stock Artwork:We have loads of tasteful designs ready to ship. Most of our In-Stock collections will ship out in 3-5 Days, depending on the finish selected.

Personalized Art: We take a tremendous amount of pride in the work we do. This level of customization may take a little more time, but we think it’s well worth the wait.

Each personalized piece of art is custom built to your specifications. Most of our personalized collections will ship out between 10 - 20 days after you place your order, depending on size, finish and level of customization required.

How is the item shipped?

We offer FREE Domestic US Shipping & $19.99 Anywhere Around the World Flat Rate Shipping. We partner with UPS to get your product safely from us to you.

Your artwork will be safe and secure, packed snuggly in our custom made recyclable industrial strength cardboard sleeve. We’ve gone above and beyond finding the best balance of protection and minimal waste for the packaging.

Do you offer any type of a return policy?

We take pride in customer satisfaction. We want you to be happy with your art and to tell all your friends about it.

No returns are accepted on Personalized Artwork of any kind.

24-Hour Grace Period: We offer 24-hr grace period from the time you place your order, to the time it’s put into production. During the 24-hour window, you can make cancellations or changes to your order. After that window, the item is immediately placed into our production que. No changes or cancellations will be allowed after the timeframe.

90-Day Limited Warranty: We stand behind the products we make. We offer a 90 day warranty for defects and transit related damage. We will gladly make you a new sign until it is right.

How do I track my order after I purchase?

There is an order tracking tab on the website's menu. Simply insert your order number and email address associated with the order to find real-time tracking information. You can also contact our customer service channels to connect with a live person.

How do I reach somebody if I have a question?

Please visit our Contact Us Page (LINK). You can reach us through Facebook messenger, phone, and email. We will return contact as soon as possible but will return contact within 24 hours.

What is After Pay payment method and how does it work?

After Pay is a third party payment processor that allows you to purchase items today and will spread the payments over four, equal, no interest payments. Click here to learn more. 

Can I get a preview or mockup of my monogram before I buy it?

We have a preview system in place for our Split Letter Monogram and Elegant Script Monogram, visit those specific product pages and enter in your information and click "Live Preview". Also check out our “Happy Customers” (link to that page)

Are these products made for outdoor use?

Most products on the store are made specifically for indoor use. We do offer a complementary outdoor finish as the product will rust if left outdoors untreated. Our products are made of raw steel so they may still oxidize if placed in areas of extreme moisture or temperature changes even with outdoor coating so ongoing maintenance is important to prolonging the life of your metal art.

How do I hang my metal art?

We find the best, most inconspicuous way that is safest for the surfaces in your home is to use a small finishing nail(s), a nail with no head, to rest the piece on then a double sided framing tape (gentle for walls) to secure and level the piece. For outdoor mounting we suggest using screws, self-tapping screws or brick hangers.

I don't see any products for my particular state. When will you have it?

We add and remove products on our site based on supply and demand but we have the capability and designs for all 50 states and even some other countries.. If you would like a specific design and don't see it feel free to reach out to us directly and we will be happy to serve you!

Does your company donate to non-profit organizations?

We love helping organizations with their fundraising efforts and make it a priority in our business model to do so. We understand that every cause is worthy and we would love to help each and every one of you, however we realize that isn't always possible. We've built a program to start dedicating resources to give away one item from our catalog per month to be raffled off for fundraising efforts. We do not offer monetary donations.
